Does doing daily tactics is improve your game more than simply spamming more games?

I usually just play games and watch youtube videos but after initial rise in mmr  I stagnated and despite playing a lot dont improve anymore . Is solving tactics going to be more beneficial for me than normal matches?

The best way is to play standard chess over blitz and really think what you doing and once you done with the game analyze it. Tactics will improve your game and win ratio as well so try to mix things up a bit they work really well together in my opinion.

Have a fair balance/mix of everything. Long controls eg 60 30, short controls eg 10 5, tactics training, endgame training, basic opening knowledge, analysis of won/lost games etc.

Most importantly, it takes time to achieve good play, so do not expect your efforts to be rewarded immediately. Be patient.

Most importantly...keep all pieces defended well and do not blunder instant checkmates!

If you just play 10 games but don’t review or fix anything, you're stuck in place. But even 1 deeply reviewed game per day + tactics can lead to noticeable rating gains in weeks.

A lot of people tell you that blitz improves your intuition, and that is true, but only in the short term, and you will likely hit a wall that you will likely not be able to overcome without longer time controls. Practice your tactics, learn the openings you primarily use and put a like time into some you don’t usually use, other than that, just keep practicing.
