Can any English players help me understand my ECF rating?

So this is my official ECF ratings. Could someone explain a couple of things;

OTB = Over the Board - I get that. I don't understand what 'SP' or 'RP' means or what 'EST' or 'P' mean next to my numbers.

Could someone help? Thanks!

It's because your new and your don't have a fixed rating they have estimated a provisional rating for you until you play x amount of games where it will even out
