We have recently had an influx of new members and many are inexperienced. We are looking for friendly matches for under 1300 and under 1500 players, if any teams are looking for similar, let me know. Thanks ;-)

You might do better to post in https://www.chess.com/club/club-admins (an official chess.com club) or https://www.chess.com/club/admin-s-corner-and-training-club (a community-run club).  There's a lot of club admins in both clubs.
