What is the new coordinator feature?

Yeah, as sougata said, I think they can only start matches and VC. They don't have that much power.

My friend says that they can't kick members

But I don't know why we can't see them in the admin list 

But they have a little power of admins, so it is like injustice

I don't see a need for them but I DO see a, "Use".  I can't imagine my club ever having one.

...maybe a pre-promote or pre-demote status?

maybe if a team already has 4 or 5 admins and doesn't want more they will have a coordinator who is behind the scenes
