Disable Messaging For A School Club

Is there a way to disable messaging for all game that are created from the club platform? It is a liability for a school club to use the online platform if kids can bully, harass, or use hate speech against each other through the in-game messaging tool.

Messaging can only be disabled on an account by account basis and that's something the member can change themselves in settings.

That is what I was afraid of. This is a big problem for school chess clubs that are using the platform. I will have to close the club I sponsor unless something can be done.
