How does the vote chess leaderboard work?

I have a question about the club vote chess leaderboard...club A has 9 completed games, and 9 wins, so it should be higher on the leaderboard than club B, which has 8 completed games, and 7 wins. So, club A has more wins, and a better win %. However, this is not the case...club A is #873 with 30 points, while club B is #806 with 35 points.

Here is club A: https://www.chess.com/club/votechess/narwhals?status=finished

And club B: https://www.chess.com/club/votechess/team-st-louis?status=finished

I don't understand. I know that the leaderboard is based on points, but I don't see the relation between the number of games/number of wins, and the number of points, for either club. Neither club have any draws, by the way.

Any help would be appreciated!

Maybe it depends on the points of your opposing club?

The system is weird.

Why does it say we have 0 points and 0% win rate when we are 4 - 0 - 0?

Dude, if you are going to post such unnecessary posts, then don't post at all.

Yeah, I have another club with 4 VC wins that is not even on the leaderboard and has a 0% win rate.

I think it is based on weighted scale...  if you beat a highly ranked team you gain mor3 points.  I see that in some tourneys I join

@DJM473: In three of your vote chess games you won after three or even less moves. They are counted as won, but you didn't get points for them. The other six won games are counted with five points each. That's the reason for having 30 points after 6+3 won games.

Oh, OK! That makes sense, and the math adds up. Thank you so much!
