I am looking for service minded employees in some clubs by the #1 TopGifter

You will be part of a service team responsible for good service and and good customer care of the members in my clubs in the Chess.com community.

• That's not an insignificant role you will get so you should be responsible.
• Students can also aply.
• Female members are also encouraged to apply. 

Long-term members who joined in 2020 or earlier are preferred, and ONLY their applications will be considered.

Responsibilities

Your responsibility will primarily be:

• Take ownership of the clubs and treat the club as if it were your own.
• Preventive work and maintenance and club page updates and announcements of all # 1 TopGifter events and Tournaments and answer member questions about where and when it is held tournaments and events and general questions regarding everything # 1 TopGifter arranges that is Gifted with membership prizes as well as normal due club work .
• Troubleshooting and error correction of the club description / club wall
• Annual service at the clubs page / Pictures and cleanup / deletion of old news and old forums, which are no longer relevant.
• copy and save / archive in HQ everything that is deleted from the clubs.
• Work to achieve the least possible down-time in our club and that everything is in tip top shape and that everything on the club wall is informative and clear.

Qualifications:

I want you to have:

• Experience from relevant club work is preferred, but not necessarily a reason, as service-minded also counts highly.
• Experience in service and maintenance of clubs.
• Solution oriented - is the additional thing to have.
• Driver's license that B / not so necessary but if your age was 18+ it would have been nice if you were an adult / well grown.
• Good Membership skills / long-term member.
• Good English language skills, oral and written.
• Skills with PC as a tool.

Payment

I offer / You will receive a salary in the form of a month's membership for the job.

Membership is Diamond membership as long as you are an employee / Superadmin in the club and it is paid after each month work / 30 days at work

Accession

• As soon as possible / or at the beginning of 2022

You will work together as a Team, in a well-functioning Team in a club free of unwanted club members who represent clubs that engage in unwanted advertising and my clubs are calm and leisurely and pleasant and we are serious.

The club owner is the #1 Topgifter the last 7 years from this account and previous accounts, and has Gifted more than 80,000+ membership days to his club members in winner prizes in tournament and events and to his paid employees. 

The club owner has created 14 clubs that are gifted clubs, this for and limit damage done by admins after previous unpleasant experiences, to minimize any new attempts at destruction so it is preventive and benefits or avoid a similarly large amount of damage.

The clubs of # 1 TopGifter have more than 17000+ users / members in total and the goal is to keep all clubs clear and around 3000 members in each club

We have the best in the world as Vote Chess Capt. and he is Vote Chess Capt. in the clubs with Vote Chess that we have (about half of the clubs) and we are of course in the top sight.

We are clearly the clubs that host the most Gifted Events and Gifted fun events and Gifted Tournaments here on this platform / Chess.com.

We have Club Rules that we enforce and we still check that they are complied with.

Each admin has his tasks

I have submitted my official application to you @hilddea and I meet all of the requirements, I made my account on November 24th, 2020 and have been a member for over an year now. I am fully experienced. My profile says I joined on October  2nd 2021, but it's because I temporarily closed my account because of 24/7 exams in September, and I reopened it with the help of chess.com on 2nd october, and the 'joined on' date changed to that. Though my ratings remained unchanged.
