Maybe introduce a bunch of club forums with a wide variety of topics, such as members' favourite openings, favourite games, funny stories/jokes/memes, off-topic, cat pictures, pictures of what people have cooked for dinner, travel pictures, maybe just chatter if you don't like that in the notes. If you have a relatively experienced player among your ranks, you could maybe persuade them to analyse people's games (that they bring forward themselves) in one of the threads too. I used to do that in a club.
Maybe hand out trophies to people who do stuff in your club. Like a trophy for the funniest joke or literally whatever.

Does anyone have any ideas on activities and things in that kind that you could do in a club? Other than vote chess and tournaments. I would like to make my club (https://www.chess.com/club/the-social-squad) more fun for everyone and I would need everyone's help to do so! So, if you have any suggestions, feel free to tell me!
