My team needs a sparring partner

Some weeks ago I created a new group, Icy Tiger. We are a small and ambitious group that prizes quality over quantity and plans on being both efficient and effective in Team Matches, Vote Chess and the use of the forum.
We want to focus on training, and for those goals I'm looking for a good sparring partner. The idea is that we can collaborate on working on both our teams's goals.
