The main reason no one is answering is do you bring some thing interesting or new to the table? If the answer is no then your club will most likely flop, also most people wont want to join a woke club.

They are though. The last time a woman was top 10 was 20 years ago. And do you see many black GMs?
lets think about this are anymore women or blacks TRYING to get better and make it to the top or is it just the occasional player that plays for fun?
