so if you are thinking of creating a club few things i would like to add

1) There are already many clubs that no one can count , so there is very low probability that people would join who don't know you . you can try an become SA in other clubs and you can consider it yours also and help it develop

2) after you make your club make sure you follow guidelines of making a club (no vulgar or obscene club pic or name ) , advertising clubs in notes and chats are prohibited you can face a ban for that

3) you can invite members by sending them invite by invite option (dm is not preferred as if the person reports you you can be muted or banned)

5) to make club more engaging try creating club events and add few active members that will make your club active and will encourage other members also to participate
