We do it now. Players play their matches on chess.com. The tournament is run by gathering the average of every competitor who plays rapid 30-min matches. from chess.com. The teams are formed based on a sort of those averages. Then, the computer assigns each person to a team comprised of a low lever, 2 intermediate, and one advanced player. The computer is off-site from chess.com. The final results are displayed at www.4teamchess.com. That's it, that's how we can do it. We demonstrate it every day by randomly selecting from 1000 to 2500 prequalified members with 7 matches already played. We can have many more.
