On terms of the argument that higher-rated players should see lesser punishments for things like vandalising clubs; be aware that clubs facilitate many chess events.
Having more space for chess events for many low-rated (or high-rated) players is more important than the playing strength of one player.

There's been a number of well established admins of major teams who's been banned for either fair play or abuse. Chess.com doesn't care who you are, if they are confident they have cause to close your account, they will.
None of these 2k people are even real,
They play 5 games using stockfish, stop playing to avoid cheat detection, the patrol the forums offering advice from their faked superior playing ability
