I have a club of 14 members, and it took me months to get that far, for what? People get more members active on their club in hours, my club is lonely no-one responds to posts, can you help me change that? edit

How often do you invite ppl to your club?

I think I know why. Out of the 14 people in your club 12 have roles. This makes it look like you have said something along the lines of you scratch my back and I will scratch yours exchanging roles for membership. If people are joining your club not because it seems interesting to them but because you promised them power you are not creating a durable active club.

Even if you are not trading roles for membership you likely are just inviting random people. Big clubs do not always equal active clubs.

Another suggestion that I would like to make is your club to put it bluntly is not special. Of course it is special because it is yours but it does not have a niche. It is one of many general chess clubs on the site what do you wants your members to talk about?

I hope you read these tips and best of luck.

I looked at your club, and I did not see any notes or announcements.

Also, as a person who more seriously wants to improve his gameplay, why should I want to join your group?

Everything has a starting point, hundreds of thousands of clubs on chess.com, they all start the same, but not all have the same ending, why give up now, because you miss 100 percent of shots you don't take, my club may only have 1 or 2 active members, but that is more than 0 active embers.
