10/10 and still losing because of time

Hi All

I set all my games at 10/10 thinking that in the final minutes I won't lose because I'll get added seconds added to the clock.  WRONG!  Imlosing 90% of my games because of the clock.  Theres no time being added.  Anyone know what's wrong?

I checked your game archive and your games are NOT setup for 10/10 (10 min games with 10 second increment). Your games are 10 min games with no increment and there’s one game of 10:10 which I assume is 10 min and 10 second game with no increment. I think you set it wrong in your custom settings. Increment (gaining time) is the time control with the slash. I recommend playing 15/10 time control. It’s got your 10 second increment there, but also a more popular time control which will make you get paired with an opponent sooner.
