1000 rated Coaches

I looked at the coaches section of chess.com and I was surprised to see that there were players below 1000 listed as coaches looking for students.  I find it sort of frustrating that people who do not have any experience or coaching expertise are clogging up the available coaches pages.  It would be nice if there was some filter from chess.com that would stop this from happening, as in, you have to somehow validate that your USCF is over 1500 (or some other line, 1500 is just an example) or have a chess.com turn-based of over 1600 to register as a coach in the forums.  This is just a thought, feel free to comment!  Thre reason I am posting this is that it takes longer to find a serious coach and wastes people's time to have to sift through many more profiles before finding a master or other competent teacher.  I am not currently looking for a coach, but I still find this aggravating.

I guess they dont list any qualifications then ?

Qualifications can be faked.  Ratings can't.
