1) Whenever I make the first move a check and an x button appears. If I press either the check or the x button, I cannot play. It erases the game and starts a new game but the same thing happens all over again? What should I do?
2) For more than once the game is left hanging without a decision I won with seconds left with my opponent.
3) I was declared to lose because I left the game but I did not leave and I made the last move. I was waiting for my opponent to move when that happened. This happened twice.
4) and other occurences keep happening. Please answer these questions and what should I do. My ranking was at 6 or 7 already and it has dropped because of these unfair occurences.
5) I am a stroke survivor and playing chess is what I do almost the whole day up to 12 midnight. I am frustrated with what has been happening!
Will someone or admin help me?
