3 times repetition

Doesnt the board comply with the 3 times repetion rule ? I have lost a drawn game (king vs King+ rook pawn) , we repeated the same position 100 times !!!

Chess.com conforms to otb play in this. You must claim the draw.

(We see this question all the time.)

How do you claim it ? I offered the draw to my opponent, stating that we had already reached the same position 1000 times, but he refused and I lost on time. How do you claim it then ?

idunnochess

Don't play a player called [Name deleted by Mod] then. Not a fair opponent.

after three or four or five times of same move, u can hit draw button and it will be a draw game.

he just showed bad sportsmanship then. Frankly, King vs. King, Rook, and Pawn isnt drawn, and if he cant show the skill to win that then he should at least show good sportsmanship and take the draw.

I think he meant a rook's pawn not a rook and pawn

I don't understand why.

This person behaved in a totally unfair manner.

We repeated the position 100 times, and refused to allow a draw.

Why would I not warn other players ?

The game details say you resigned...

Yes, the game details say I resigned.

But as a matter of fact I didn't. I ran out of time.

Since you have take the time to take a look at the game, you may

have noticed that we didnt' his a 3 times repetition.

We hit a 25 times repetition, to say the least

idunnochess

Maybe even more than 25.

idunnochess

this is now getting boring, though.

Bye.

I think the best canine on chess.com answered the question adequately even if the OP cannot read the response and absorb the answer...
