59 rating decrease from losing one game

I just played a 15-10 game against an opponent with rating 849, my rating was 749. I won and my rating increase by 10 to 759, however the opponent's rating fell by 59 to 790!!! Something looks odd with that, even when i play higher rated players, if i lose the most is 10 or 11 points deduction. Is there something wrong or is this ok?

They must be unstable with a question mark (?) so they are still trying to find their rating. There has been times I play some people who lose 300 rating on lichess so I know this system.
