700 ELO opponent has all his moves pre-loaded?

I'm a low ELO player. Don't know openings, barely know any tactics. I play 1 day time period games exclusively.

I played an opponent recently who had most of their moves pre-loaded or something. Like I'd make a move and then their move was instantaneous. And they were good moves (to me) that seemed like the opponent was a few moves ahead in thinking. Which is normal I guess. But at 700 is that normal for someone to instantaneously be able to move or have a pre-thought out move several times in a row?

So at 700 people have pre-planned moves for multiple opponent moves? Lol, maybe I'm like a 400 player then. Feels like I'm playing someone who is far more skilled/knowledgeable than me.
