Abort Option Removed

Has anyone else had the "abort" option is no longer present when playing a game. Usually you can abort a game if you haven't played a move yet, and after you move, "abort" changes to "resign." When I was playing today however, I noticed that the abort button was replaced with the resign button at the start of the game. I know this isn't just me because one of my opponents resigned before they made a move in one of my games. Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know why this change was made?

Yes. You made use of abort too often. It is only supposed to be used rarely, because you started a game by mistake or for unexpected life situations.

The option will come back after a number of games.

It's based on a percentage of recently completed games. Aborts should be rarely used.
