(since the officials aren’t doing anything about it)

Titles with 'call girl' or 'gummi' should be automatically filtered.
Chess.com should restrict forum posting to users that have played at least 1 game.

this would get rid of bots and reduce (for the short-term) the amount of trolls

tbh I don't even now why there is an "off-topic" section and personally I would like to see it removed but I know that I would be completely over-ruled.

That would require multiple paid positions to get full coverage. Moderators are volunteers and aren't on 24/7

You shouldn't post in spam threads at all. Either report, downvote, or ignore. They don't normally stick around very long

chess.com can't afford to hire 7 people at minimum wage? Where is all the revenue from memberships going?
