Ads at the top

I am a diamond member and pay so as not to have ads run on my site. This ad is across the top of my site and Im unable to remove it. Can someone please tell me how to do that ?

Thats not really an ad imo.  Thats an alert to let you know if you wanted to watch.

Well, I'm not a diamond or patinum member, but  do pay, and I get it too. It's a little annoying, at the top of every page.....

OH really ...I know I am a low scoring player...but do you think I can follow that ..He talks too fast... Then other people see your silly plays too..This is not a big deal to some but to me ...I will make my mistakes for my friends not the world to see.How do I remove that ?

Even if you pay not to be bugged ? Not fair !

The ads that are being supressed are far more intrusive.  (I had a free membership for about 2 weeks when I first started.)

Those chesstv shows run for about 3 hours then the alert is removed by staff or the titled player broadcasting.

There is a schedule under the chesstv screen showing the different shows that are broadcasted, the times and what they cover. There are various broadcasters.
