Advantage of premium membership

I am a busy person with work and studies. If I buy chess com premium, how can my current 1600 blitz rating can change in several months? I wait answer from Advanced players and masters

Like anything else, you'll have to put time and effort into improvement.

You will need time to use the premium advantages of the premium membership. If you just buy it and expect your rating to just increase, then you are joking.
I was around 1600 - 1700 rapid before I got premium membership and now my rating has increased significantly. The premium membership has contributed a lot to my improvement. The game review and analysis were my favourite and I also learnt so much from the video lessons.
There are so many other advantages or tools you get as a premium member.
The Insight is one of the other tools or advantage. I observed that from my insight, I perform badly against the carokhan defense and now I play the queens gambit abandoning my beloved scotch opening just to avoid the carokhan defense and so far it has helped my chess.
