Usually no. It has become sort of a joke that people don't write out other site names fully (something like l*chess) just to be on the safe side. chess.com makes it clear that the public forums are not for advertising competing chess sites. If one must mention another chess site by name, then it might be okay, but usually people saying sites by name like to brag about the amazing features other sites have. Why do this here? That is like walking into a luxury restaurant and only talking about how great fast food restaurants are.
