I’ve been working on a similar project for some time: scoresheet.cam. It is a mobile app (Android/iOS) that lets you take a photo of your score sheet and automatically converts it into PGN. You can then import the game directly into the Chess.com app or website for analysis. The app is subscription-based, but you can try it for free without any registration.
