Yes, you can both open up the Analysis Board at http://www.chess.com/analysis-board-editor.html and then chat with each other using the Meebo chat bar.

Is there a way to analyze games on-line with a friend? I would like to be able to go over some of my games here live with other chess.com members but don't know how to do it...
