another issue chess.com refuses to address

Its fairly rare but its the muted moves. In bullet, i rely on the sound of the opponent moving, to know when i can tap a piece on my phone, because of the cancel glitch that has plagued us for 14 years... so to play bullet, you need to hear their move. But once in a while their pre move with be instantaneous and silent. Ill sit there waiting 5 seconds sometimes to know when to move, and then i look at the timer. Because itll be a move on the otherside of the board where nothing is happening. I use a darker board cause i have sensitive eyes, so the contrasts of the squares dont trigger me to move all the time. Its the space background and the glass board. I get migraines and do anything i can to avoid triggering them. Its just obnoxious how many issues there are.
