Well, her account is very new. Maybe is why they don't allow her to join...I really don't know, I am guessing.
In the club when i am an admin the players need to have 3 months at least in the site. Because of cheating issues...

Very true. Almost all serious clubs have a requirement either in time on the site, number of games played or both.

Anyway, I can't speak for the admins of those female-only clubs shown rejecting entry, but I can speak for LGBT Club, where we also rejected entry: simply put, if one day you get a request from @proud_transphobe and next day that account is closed but you get a request from @proud_transwoman that was made that day, it isn't difficult to see what's up, especially when the whole account is presented as a caricature.
As an aside: to my knowledge, club admins can decline entry to any person for any reason. Members can't attack or abuse each other verbally, and cannot espouse hate, but are under no obligation to have anyone they don't want in their club.
So for example, if a women-only club wants to restrict entry to only cis women, then, well, good luck policing that, but that's their prerogative. What they can't do is post about how they hate trans women etc—but restrict entry? Sure, that's their call.
