Anti-Cheating measures in online chess

Hey guys,

wondering what kind of anti-cheating measures are used in online chess and the most practical (i.e. '80/20' - 20% effort for 80% results) way to secure online chess games from cheating (assuming 10min or less per side).

I read that matching first 8.6 out of 10 moves to Rybka for instance means either 2600+ performance rating or cheating, so i could reasonably flag a game for cheating if 9 moves in a row match a common chess engine? (or at least mark as suspicious)
