Make the position as complex as possible. You should try very complicated attacking openings. Opponent will think harder and eventually lose the game just like you lost to me

spotting instantaneous tactics and playing at a good pace so you dont choke in the end!
Practice
Just make it simple
Exchange french and london are good openings

It does not strictly need to be premove.I mean like use 1 to 2 second per moves and stop at important moments where you sense there is some tactical play possible.
not nessecarily Tactical play; but better to say when you need to plan what is gonna happen (strategically)

once in a bullet game I won my >2500 IM opponent when I had 22 seconds and he had 35 seconds
Play slower games. This gives you the time to think that you won't get in blitz.

Alternatively, you can play games with increment, such as 3+2 or 5+5 instead of 3+0 and 5+0.

Oh, okay. Then, I think you should play with increment. I advise you not to play 3+0 as that is effectively bullet

Well, boss, what you really need to do when you are streaming and playing bullet is to deliver a monologue instead of a dialog. You spend a lot of focus during your streams reading the chat and responding to people. You cannot possibly have the focus you need to do both...so spend a lot less time seeing what the chat world is doing, but maintain your contact with your viewers by simply thinking out loud. That's my 2 cents, anyway!
