Leagues were removed in preparation for site wide release layer today.

Since leagues run from early morning Mondays (US Pacific time) through the following Sunday, they have all week to do whatever updates are still in progress, so they don't need to work through the weekend. That said, it probably makes more sense to just push them until January 3rd.
