I feel like talking about your game while playing might help, I did it a couple times, and I heard logical fallacies that I wouldn’t have noticed if I wasn’t talking. It’s hard to explain.
By the way, what's said out loud is only a small fraction of what's seen.
You might test some kingside attacking variations in 3 seconds, see that they don't work, and then talk out loud "b4 is the important square, so I need to play _____"
There's simply no time to say it all. If you tried you'd be incredibly slow.
