Ask your GM Chesscoach

Yes, i'm uncoached since 12.

How do i bounce back to my true potential after a break from chess of nearly 2 years. (i was 1500ish when i used to play regularly, but now im not able to push past 1400)
Train consistently and up the difficulty small steps at a time. Practicing puzzles/tactics and playing games + analysis should be the priority.

Hi Roeland sir,
I can't reach my acceptable goals, that is, 1000. I use ChessMood, ChessKid, Lichess, ChessReps, Chessly, have reached like Level 4 in them but still I am not able to improve. I study chess 1 hour and play the other half.
Hello ChessNerdyBrain, You are using a lot of websites. I'm sure they give you tactics to train?! Playing the other half is perfect if you do analysis as well. If you are looking for a coach then you can check my website (see my profile) for more information.

how can I understand the playstyle of 400 rated people to like maybe 1000 so I can get out of this range

Based on my previous 5-10 or so blitz games, how would u recommend i improve? i dream of reaching 2500 some day.

I have a question is it okay for a good chess play to lose ratings and go from 1900 to 1800 it happened to me and I took a break for 3 days and then I was fine but I didn't reach 1900 again because I don't use chess. Com alot

Chess progress isn't a straight line. It comes with ups and downs. So losing rating is perfectly normal. Just keep it up and you'll get back to 1900 someday

By understanding what kind of mistakes they make. Most of the time they are tactical, so just practice a lot of tactics and you should be able to rise above.

GM sir, what book do I will read for improvement and what opening is the best opening to beat 2000 rated players?

Hello! I've been playing chess consistently for about 4 years, and in the past 2 years, I've been seriously working on improving my game through self-study. I’ve focused on analyzing my own games, building a solid repertoire, and Watch the current top game analysis and advanced concepts. I'd really appreciate your advice on what areas I should focus on next to continue progressing. Also, I'm planning to play an OTB tournament this summer in Türkiye to earn my national rating (over 1400). After that, I hope to participate in an international FIDE-rated event to get my initial Elo. Any advice related to OTB preparation or this transition would be greatly appreciated. Especially for Türkiye. My general rating performances in this years tournaments was around 1700s. I started this journey 800 chess.com Elo 4 years ago and 3 years ago 1001 national. Thank you!

That depends on all the things you have studied so far. In general you can never go wrong with a good tactics or endgame book. As for what opening, I would have to take a closer look at your games to see what opening suits you.
