Winning is satisfactory, but in chess winning by checkmate gives the most satisfaction.
In this website if there is a solid checkmate, no other move possible, then the engine/program automatically closes the game and announces win by checkmate. But if there are stalling moves possible then it doesn't close the game. I think in such case too the program should automatically close the game and announce the win by checkmate.
For example, in the following game after black moved the queen, it is practically checkmate, just three stalling moves are remaining for white. Yet the game was not automatically closed and white took time to solve an unsolvable problem and then resigned. In the meantime, several technical problem could have happened for black (such as network problem) and white would have won for this flawed system.

The site is never going to do that. If a player has a forced mate, they have to play it out. It's possible that the player doesn't see it, which happens a lot, and it's possible that the player doesn't have enough time to complete the mate, which also happens a lot.
