Sadly, wrongful cheating accusations are quite common. In my friend's (approximate) words, some people can't seem to realize that they can lose. Knowing that, I would advise you to not think too much about it, and move on. It's annoying, but like blueemu says, it doesn't mean anything when they report it.
I remember the first time I was accused of cheating over chat. At that time I was beginner level, and my similarly-rated opponent was, as far as I could tell, just playing badly. But I was shocked to be accused of cheating because at that time I didn't even understand what chess engines were and why he was saying I was using a "program", and I was so spooked that I played horribly in our rematch.
Later, I learned what chess engines are, and learned that these accusations don't mean anything so....just ignore them.
I was reported last night by member Esoteric_Brian for beating him with highly accurate play, above my customary level. He is alleging that I was cheating. Here is the link to the game, which is one of the best I've played.

As Black I had played this defense setup hundreds of times and so was sensitized to errors on White's part. In this game, White created a lot of weakness on the dark squares, which I was able to exploit in a very fluent way.
I think it's very poor sportsmanship to report a me for playing well, rather than figure out the losing moves he made. Proceed at your own risk when playing this member.
