BOOTING PROBLEMS

How many of you are experiencing this?

I have appreciated your chess site in the beginning.  Now it has been for a long time a completely degenerated mess!!!  I am so sick and tired of being booted while waiting for my opponent to make a move, for fighting to save a game getting screwed by your connectivity problems having to disconnect and reconnect to try and save a game that for some stupid reason has stalled.  And worst of all  WORST OF ALL!!!!! GETTING BOOTED BY YOUR PUNISHMENT BS OVER AND OVER WHEN AN OPPONENT ABORTS A GAME BEFORE IT STARTS!!!!!!!  YOUR WEBSITE IS GETTING TO BE A TOTAL UNREASONABLE WASTE OF TIME AND YOU MUST FIX THIS IF YOU EXPECT TO SAVE YOUR WEBSITE!!!  I HAVE HAD IT UP TO HERE EVEN THOUGH I LOVE CHESS AND HAVE PUT UP WITH A LOT!!!!!!  WHAT IS YOUR ANSWER TO THIS PLEASE RESPOND????!!!!  THANK YOU

I feel many others because so many are disconnecting and then reconnecting so often probably fearing like me their game has gone stale and that they will be penalized like me.
