@Martin_Stahl imo most of the socially active members here are users under 18
On the plus side there are also many pleasant,caring,& genuinely nice helpful folks here too!

I certainly don't disagree, but the TOS require 18+ or guardian permission, since under-18 can't legally agree to contracts. Under-13 have special requirements in the US and a parent/guardian is supposed to actually set up the account.
Many of those *kids* certainly can play chess!

I knew a guy who was 17 and a half when he signed up at Chess.com ... well, guess what, last week police carried him away. 😥
