You'll need to contact Support using the option in the menu. There's no email option
I really did contact the chess.com support, they told me to check my email inbox but didn't receive any emails from them yet on how can I recover it.

I changed my handle, "DENVERHIGH", to my present handle . . . Someone else came and reopened "DENVERHIGH". Whoever that was got caught cheating and they closed the account but they stuck all the 20 games linked to my DENVERHIGH history . . .
