Can’t add or challenge a friend!?!

I am trying to add a friend who already has an account. I can find her but I cannot add her or challenge her. It says my rating is to low but mine is higher than hers. I don’t get it.

With rating make sure they have not got rating restrictions set up etc.
No. SailorBacon is ok. It’s mapleS5 that I’m having trouble with.

There's a setting your friend can configure to allow friends to challenge no matter what. It's possible your friend's other settings are interfering, if your rating is higher in all pools.
