Try deleting and downloading the app again. If you contact support that’s what they’ll tell you to do.

Seeing as I've been dying to switch to Android for a while, not a bad idea.
have you updated the new ios recently (within the last week)
i just did and many of the app problems i have had dont seem to be there
most log in problems occur once in awhile but fix themselves after a few attempts
hope it gets worked out

I already had the new OS. Actually, now that I think about it, this might have been the first time I tried to login AFTER the OS update, so maybe it fixed your problems and caused mine XD

Something weird is going on. Not only can I not login on the iOS app, but when I try to login on the site on my iPhone, it always says it can't create account, even though I'm at the login screen, not create an account.
But when I get on my laptop and go to the desktop version of the site, I'm able to login fine (obviously since I'm posting this).
Something going on?
