can't play anymore for some reason, any help?

Hi fellow chess enthusiasts!

I got the problem that when I try to start a new game, it either doesn't even show me a chess board or it just gives me the board but doesn't show any enemy moves. If I'm white and try to play, I can drag and drop the piece, but it just freezes where I dropped it and it doesn't register any move. Anyone got the same problem and solved it? any advice?

sometimes it works, sometimes the game gets stopped automatically, it's really annying, if anyone had the same issue, could they please tell me how they resolved this? (Using Opera as browser in windows 10)

You might try clearing your browser cache or another browser.

already tried going to waterfox, it was the same issue

update for anyone who cares: The issue resolved itself after completely reinstalling windows. Must have been some internal issue, can't really say what it is. Maybe it also coincidentally happened with an opera update. All I know is that it's been working fine ever since
