Changing match times

Hi,
Sorry for such a simple question but I have been using the app for some time and now for some reason I am no longer able to change the time of an online match? At the moment it is stuck on 10 mins and every time I choose 30 mins it just reverts back to 10 mins. I have tried different settings, even custom. Just reverts to 10 mins.
