You have only been a member for 10 days so I guess your definition of a "good while" is three days.
If you cancel your subscription and then go to Support for a refund, I feel confident you will get a refund

I did try for yes 3 days now to get my refund. Customer support is responsive up until you need money back. Did not get any response since day 1 when I mentioned I do not need any discount but full refund.

If you read the Reddit post, it looked like another staff member got quickly involved.
I don't know your particular case.
Please avoid working with this copmany I am chasing my refund now for good while
