yeah but what time control exactly?
There doesn't seem to be an official statement or universal agreement as to what characterizes them, but from my experience, anything 30s or less could be considered Hyperbullet, anything 15s or less could be considered Ultrabullet.
Usually these are played without increment to allow for all sorts of dirty tricks.
