I disconnect at my grandparents house mid game and if I was penalized the week I was there it would suck. I don’t try to leave, bad internet makes me leave

No bad internet yet I disconnect it’s not any of the players fault it is chess.com plus I demand a refund chess.com is like the USIA for the Boston molasses flood same thing here but instead of a flood it’s about disconnection.

The automated system is set to recognize and restrict players who have too many aborted games.

I think it also usually recognizes when people abandon games in losing positions.

Many people abandon games, however, because they have poor internet connections.

I abandon games only because I disconnection due to the servers bring SO BAD and I demand a refund due to disconnection when it is not even my fault. SO WHY DOES CHESS.COM BLAME ME FOR BAD CONNECTION WHEN IT IS YOUR FAULT
