How are you are only 1200 FIDE? Is the competition in India that strong?

You are playing blitz and bullet here. If you are playing the caliber of moves in FIDE tournaments where your opponent has more time to find better moves it's not surprising that your results are worse.

I am pretty sure It's not that. I have played outside india and increased 100+ rating in one tournament. It's more likely that indian competition is just very strong

Friends of mine have gone to Europe, increased 400 points there, then proceeded to decrease 200 in India. It's very rough here

After the lockdown I have only played 2 tournaments where I have increased 150 points in total so I think it will take a few tournaments for the results to show

In india compitition is very tough. I'm even not play a single tournament of FIDE but I saw this and one of friend play on FIDE tournament and there rating is 1500+ but he's rating on Lichess is just 1200.

What are your opinions on chess.com VS Fide ratings? I am Indian and play tournaments in in India. I think chess.com ratings are wayyy off. I am a 1200 FIDE rated player but rated 2100 on chess.com. Maybe in your country they are near each other? Let me know how your chess.com rating compares to your FIde rating!
