Chess.com vs USCF ratings

Does anyone have a good sense for how chess.com ratings compare to over the board ratings? For bullet, blitz, and daily?

I haven't played OTB in years and am curious what my rating would be. I get the sense that bullet and blitz are 100-200 points higher than OTB and perhaps daily.
