I've experienced this as well and have often lost games because of this.
However at the end of the day I think this is mainly a connection issue rather than a chess.com issue and the broken clock is just a result of it.
I suppose you could play longer games so wifi outages don't affect it too much?
Chess.com Wifi is torturing me. Anybody suffering the same thing.

WiFi is only at your end, not at chess.com's. Chess.com can not affect your WiFi. What might be happening is that your WiFi is not good enough to handle the data to and from chess.com.

Man lagging while playing chess must be awful i'm bad enough WITH good wifi so if you can still win like that i applaud you.

Happens to me, but only on mobile
wifi is a different thing from chess.com lag

Here we go again...another "The lag is horrible ONLY when im winning."
I wonder why no one ever posts about how they won because of the opponents bad connection.

First of all, I don't walk. I'm on a computer. Second of all, longer games sounds good, but I won'y play that, besides you can still lose by waiting too long. Third, I have a router. Fourth, I do win some games despite bad connection thank you yaboi. Fifth, probably no one posts about that since it could happen a lot; forum posts are usually about something rare. And sixth, thank you for telling me that it could be a problem on my side. This is me replying to all the replies
