For chess uh Cartagena. Plaza de Bolivar is nice. Also the square outside of Casa de Palenque. Many people (usually over 35) play chess. Otherwise ask the staff at any shop and you’ll find a game eventually

I'm going to be in Cartagena, Colombia for a bit over 2 weeks starting next week. While in town, I'd like to meet local chess players and visit the chess club (if there is one).
